Warning on PSC design

Question:

Hi,

during performing PSC design follow error is show for some elements

"[Warning] Midas Civil has failed to find the neutral axis(Elem No.: 3617-I(N)). Please check the PSC Design Calculation sheet for details."

I also check sheet for details but I not found other warning. 

Could you explain why this error warning and how to correct?

Hello,

This error is occuring when calculating the negative moment for the section, neutral axis is not converging after 20 iterations as shown below. Tendons are all in the lower half of the section.


As this section is in middle and tendons are placed at bottom half, therefore the negative moment convergence calculation can be ignored for this section.
