What might be causing the issue of being unable to assign a traffic lane to a model?

Question:

Answer:

The model was reviewed. For traffic line definition, the elements should be selected in order of moving direction. If any element is skipped, then lane definition is not proper. As you can see element 454 comes before 235, but it is defined at the end with which is not correct, So redefine the elements in the order they appear in moving direction. like 454 first then 235 to 277 or use options picking 2 points where 1st point becomes far end of element 454 and another point becomes end of element 277.
