Hi,
how is calculate inner level arm for shear PSC design? on manual is 0.9d, but how is calculte d if there isn't longitudinal reinforcement ? which rule it used in case there are only tendon in a differents layer position?

Dear Carlo,
As per the Euro 1992 -1-1 6.2.3 the parameter z is the lever arm in the bending moment calculation, but if we don't have accurate calculations it is suggested to take 0.9*d .
This has been improved in the midas civil 2020 v2.1 where we calculate the lever arm exactly as per the moment capacity and the compressive force in the section as shown below:
