Answer:
Hello,
Unfortunately, the attached dxf file couldn't be opened at our end. However, judging from the image, I have following comments:
1) For such a bridge section it is recommended to go for a grillage model in midas Civil. Then a composite section of girder with effective width of slab could be created. If isn't recommended to go for single line element.
2) However, for the analysis in consideration, if entire section has to be taken as 1, then all girders could be selected and assigned to part 1. However, kindly note that in this case, the 4 girders could act as 1 even without the slab and the stiffness would be quite high as compared to individual girder. One such SPC file is attached for review.
Kindly let us know if further assistance would be required.

Hello Nandeep,
I have reuploaded DXF file in the older version for opening. I have seen your model, but there are only 3 girders. I managed to do 3 as well but 4 girders not. See the previous picture ,, PSC ,,.
This was my question, if Midas includes some limitations for creating of composite cross section.
