I can not see the working space or model ? How do I know the program is connected to the web licence, if the registration button is not active?

This is the normal display when the program is connect to web license. When the program is connected to the web license, the registration button is not active. 

I think that your graphic card driver needs to be updated to the latest. Also, if you are using Aero Themes for the desktop background, please switch to Windows 7 Basic and see if the problem is resolved.
