How yo create wall in the nodes in the upper and lower side are not aligned?

Hello,
A wall is created only in a rectangular shape.
When you turn off the intersect feature, the wall element is created as shown below regardless of the location of the nodes.
However, the unselected nodes will be free node, so if you need that node, create bottom node aligned by upper node as shown below.
