How can I perform re-grouping of members and changing load combinations for an already analyzed model without performing analysis again?

Grouping the member is executed without having to re-analysis in the model file.

The load combinations and member assignment are for the design step, so if you change those information you don't need to perform the re-analysis. Functions that affect the analysis, such as load and boundary conditions, require reinterpretation when changes are made.
