Tendon not activated in construction stage

I am unable to see the cable profile in CS4. Could you pl. help me.

As we discussed over phone, the issue was with the activated elements. Kindly refer the image below.
The elements to which the tendon was assigned like no. 66 in the image above wasn't activated in the construction stage. For some of the tendons, even the insertion point wasn’t proper again as it could be noted in the image above. Once this mistakes are rectified, the cable profiles are visible in each construction stage.
