How to define wind load in a constructability check for a Composite steel girder bridge, condition applied -when the construction stages are not defined?

1)  Add the relevant wind load case to pre-composite loads. (The analysis reflects the variation of sectional properties before and after composite actions in bridge structures).

2)  Add the load case to the relevant load combinations and perform the design.
