please look attached file: if you try to increase diameter of shear reinforcement => sw give always @60 sparcing, I expect If I increase diameter, sparcing can decrease..

Hello,
As shown in the detail report below, the spacing is determined from the detailing requirement rather than member forces. Thus, the spacing does not change depending on the rebar size.
